New Supervisor and Manager Training

New Supervisor and Manager Training is open to all supervisors and managers districtwide! These training sessions provide a unique opportunity for all managers and supervisors – past, present, and future – to gain knowledge and resources to support them in their roles.

Trainings will be presented live via Zoom and then made accessible in a Canvas platform for those who were unable to attend or wish to view trainings later. Supervisors and managers have the ability to ask questions or share ideas with other supervisors and managers via a Discussion Board and access other resources related to the trainings.

Topics covered include:

• Employee evaluations
• Progressive discipline
• Budget processes

Eligible supervisors and managers will receive an email invitation to join the live Zoom trainings and access the Canvas platform.
