Approved FERPA Vendors

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) requires that institutional contracts with vendors who act as the agent of the institution and are therefore authorized to access educational records under the "school official" exception meet certain contractual requirements.

The products or applications purchased from the following vendors are FERPA-compliant and written contractual agreements have been created and signed by all authorized parties.
