System Enhancements and Issues

The Handshake Help Center serves as your main resource for addressing any issues encountered within the system. Often, there is an easy workaround or solution that can be found through the Handshake Search Tool.

In cases where there is no solution, you may report a bug or request a system enhancement through the Handshake Issues and Enhancements Submission Form. District staff will review and log the requests, troubleshoot issues, and submit a ticket if needed. All enhancement requests will be reviewed by the Handshake Committee before submission.
