Los Rios' Human Resources team is introducing powerful new tools for applicant tracking and personnel onboarding. NeoEd offers an integrated solution developed specifically for the education sector focused on HR effectiveness. Insight and Onboard – products of NeoEd – will make it easier for us to attract, hire, and onboard talented faculty, staff, and temporary and student employees. We anticipate launching these new recruitment tools in summer 2024.

About Insight

Insight is a recruiting system – also known as an applicant tracking system (ATS) – that will function like our current PeopleAdmin system, but with more ease in processing requisitions (currently known as P-102b). In addition to simplifying the recruiting process and reducing time to hire while maintaining equitable hiring processes, Insight will provide a more user-friendly career site for applicants with dedicated applicant support and hiring committee tools to make hiring an applicant more efficient.

About Onboard

Onboard is a system that will centralize onboarding new hires and make the process more consistent. With Onboard, we can assign forms to specific employee groups and allow them to complete their new hire checklist online through the self-service portal. In addition, managers can use the system to track completion of essential onboarding tasks.

NeoEd will provide a standardized, paperless, end-to-end recruiting process and allow managers flexibility for specific business needs. NeoEd will also help identify and remove systematic barriers to recruitment, talent acquisition, and hiring, via an anti-racist and inclusion lens. By standardizing best practices in diverse recruitment advertisement, talent and network outreach, and community involvement we can ensure equity in recruitment and hiring.
