Our captioning team typically returns your captions within two to three weeks.

Yes, you can submit your video requests at any time. However, keep in mind that it takes up to three weeks to receive the caption files.
Yes. You would submit these in the same manner as you would for videos, depending on the format. Please submit the Captioning Request Form or contact your campus coordinator for more information.
Both closed captions and transcripts will be provided to you when you make a captioning request.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process PowerPoint slides with audio. Please contact your college's Instructional Development Coordinator or Distance Education coordinator for direction on how to handle these lecture materials.
If you have any documents (vocabulary lists, glossaries, slide presentations, etc.) that you think will be useful for ensuring accuracy, please let your captioning coordinator know. They can provide these documents to the captioning vendor when they submit your order.
