You must know your current password to reset your password using these methods.
Reset Your Password On-Site
The following instructions apply on a PC or a computer running Windows, not a computer running MacOS.
Using a Los Rios computer:
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Del.
- Choose Change a Password.
- Enter your Old Password.
- Enter a New Password, then enter it a second time to confirm the password.
- Click the submit arrow to change your password.
Reset Your Password Off-Site with Personal Device
Using a personal computer, laptop, or device:
- Go to the Change Password page.
- Log in with your current credentials (employee wID and password).
- On the following screen:
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter a New Password, then enter it a second time to confirm the password.
- Click Change Password.
Reset Your Password Off-Site with a Los Rios Issued Device
Using a laptop or device issued by Los Rios:
- Go to the Change Password page.
- Log in with your current credentials (employee wID and password).
- On the following screen:
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter a New Password, then enter it a second time to confirm the password.
- Click Change Password.
The following instructions apply on a PC or a computer running Windows, not a computer running macOS.
After you have successfully changed your password:
- Connect to VPN via GlobalProtect (if you are not already connected).
- Lock your device, so you are returned to the login screen.
- Log in using your new password.
Important Note
Immediately after you change your password, you will also need to update your password on your mobile phone, tablet, and/or personal laptop that you currently use for work and that requires your Los Rios password.
