Beginning on Friday, October 25, our form has moved to Service Central. Switching to Service Central enhances how we manage requests and collaborate with you, our clients!

As with the old form, the new form allows you to request website services; event and news promotion through our websites, email, or social media; graphic design services; video services; and employee directory changes. Service Central also:

  • Provides greater visibility into the status of each request, allowing you and us to easily track progress from submission to completion. This clarity will help us prioritize tasks more effectively and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Simplifies communication, enabling smoother collaboration through comments and automated email notifications.
  • Makes it easier to upload and manage documents related to requests, ensuring that all necessary files are stored in one place and can be easily accessed by those who need them.
  • Has built-in notifications that keep you and us informed at every stage, reducing the need for manual updates and improving response times.

Though Service Central offers significant improvements, we recognize that there will be a learning curve as we transition to the new system.
